Oklahoma Written Test Requirements for Driving Permit

• Must be 15.5 years old
• Must have enrolled in and begun drivers education
• Must have letter stating currently enrolled in school
• Must have letter stating student passed 8th grade reading test
• Must have 2 forms of ID, birth certificate and social security card are best

Cost

• $350.00 all inclusive
• $50.00 per hour for additional lessons
• $65.00 for use of school car and appointment for driving test with state
